There are 4 forces too start off with;
Wei
Wu
Shu
Other
The Leaders for the first 3 and normal;
Cao Cao
Sun Jian
Liu Bei
The leader for the Other can be;
Anybody
When we get more members about 12-15 another force can be made and can be lead by anybody.
After the 5 forces no more can be made, but Pirates and other bands of men can be.
